ha ha! very true! I actually think that was Steve’s argument the first time I saw him eat cake for breakfast and I almost passed out! ha ha!

LOL. Of course he does. Dad’s favorite breakfast food is apple pie (or perhaps the dreaded strawberry-rhubarb, but that is thankfully rare). It’s in the genes. Plus, it’s got to be better for you than a doughnut.

I love shortcake and strawberries. So many restaurants try to serve this on spongecake and it just doesn’t work. I will definitely give it a try.
